Pudding Parfaits


Fresh fruit layered in between vanilla pudding and topped with toasted almonds and mint.

SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: No Cook Time

Ingredients

2 oz. Almonds, sliced
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Instant Vanilla Pudding
Milk to prepare pudding
1 cup Strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup Blueberries
Mint Leaves for garnish
Whipped Topping (optional)

Directions

	Step 1: Set oven to 350 degrees Fehrenheit. Arrange almonds in single layer on sheet pan and toast for 5-7 minutes or until almonds begin to brown. While almonds are toasting, prepare pudding according to package directions. While pudding is setting, chop about a cup of strawberries.

	Step 2: Once pudding is set, fill glass with alternating layers of pudding and fruit. Top with toasted almonds and garnish with mint leaves, if desired. Whipped topping can be added, as well, as an addition/variation to this Easy Meal Idea.
